Platform role

Tinker.pl provides a marketplace for publishing horse listings and connecting interested parties. The platform is not a seller, buyer, broker or party to a transaction unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Submitting a listing

• The submitter must be the horse owner or be authorised by the owner.
• Information must be accurate to the best of the submitter's knowledge.
• The submitter must have the right to publish all photographs and text.
• Illegal, misleading, abusive or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
• The required phone number and email address must be valid and will be available to visitors on an active published listing after they choose to reveal them.

Moderation and availability

Submissions are not published automatically. Tinker.pl may approve, reject, edit for formatting, suspend or remove a listing, including when it is outdated, unlawful, misleading or contrary to these terms. Publication is not guaranteed.

Verification and transactions

Horse descriptions, ownership, health, documents, training and other claims are supplied by sellers and are not independently verified unless a listing explicitly says so. Buyers must perform their own checks before making a payment or agreement.

Complaints and unlawful content

Questions, complaints and reports of unlawful or misleading listings can be sent to support.tinker@gmail.com. Include the listing URL or ID and a clear explanation. The platform may request supporting information and may restrict content while reviewing a report.

Changes and termination

A submitter may request removal of a listing through support. These terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the version accepted with a submission is recorded.
