Data controller

The controller is the natural person operating Tinker.pl. Privacy requests can be sent to support.tinker@gmail.com. Full controller identification must be completed before the public launch.

Data we process

• Seller name, phone number, email, country and city.
• Horse listing details, descriptions and uploaded photographs.
• Technical security data such as request time, IP address and rate-limit records.
• Messages sent to platform support.

Purposes and legal grounds

• Accepting, moderating and publishing a listing: steps requested by the user and performance of the platform terms.
• Preventing abuse, securing the service and handling disputes: the controller's legitimate interests.
• Compliance with binding legal obligations, where applicable.
• Marketing communication only when separate, voluntary consent has been given.

Publication and recipients

On an active listing, the seller's name, country and city are shown publicly. The seller's phone number and email address are available to visitors after they choose to reveal each contact channel. Visitors do not need an account, so this disclosure should be treated as public. On archived listing pages, the seller's name, city, phone number and email address are not shown; the country may remain as part of the horse listing. Data may also be processed by hosting, content-management, email, security and infrastructure providers only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Active listings and the seller data connected with them are retained while the listing is published. After archiving, the horse's characteristics, description, publication price, country and photographs may remain available without a fixed end date as part of the historical catalogue and for search visibility. The seller's name and city are removed from the public archive, and the phone number and email address stop being publicly available immediately. Seller personal data may be retained privately for up to 12 months after archiving to handle enquiries, disputes or restoration requests, and is then deleted or anonymised. The seller may request earlier deletion or anonymisation where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
